Religious Education in Two Contrasting Christian-Ethos Schools

Dr Mark Pike addressing the Religion in Education conference held at the University of Warwick, 25th and 26th July 2011. The event was hosted by WRERU, the Warwick Religions and Education Research Unit, in conjunction with the Religion and Society Programme, funded by the UK Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences Research Councils.

Dr Pike is at the University of Leeds. He led research into five schools with a Christian ethos. He compares his findings from two contrasting schools and challenges popular misconceptions of evangelical schooling.
