On 29th November 2011 Religion and Society Director Linda Woodhead chaired a 'Question Time' style debate organised by Lancaster University's Department of Philosophy, Politics and Religion. Former MPs Charles Clarke and Clare Short, NUS President Liam Burns and scholars Laurence Hemming, Shuruq Naguib, and Ziauddin Sardar discussed politics and religion.
